Writing, Arranging and Pre-Production

Tom is an acomplished writer and arranger with writing and co-writing credits on the majority of projects he has worked on. The Keystone is a great place to work on songs from conception to completion under Tom’s watchful eye. His “hands off until needed” approach helps you to get the results you want and craft the songs that you are hoping for.

Production and Recording

The Keystone has the facility to comfortably record small and medium sized ensembles either fully live or “piece by piece”. Tom works with bands to complete compositions, demo them and get the best arrangements and recordings they can. There is no set-in-stone method of working at The Keystone. Each project is tailored to suit the artist at that moment.

The Keystone’s focus is on musicians playing instruments, singers singing… people making music.

Remote Sessions

Because of The Keystone’s facilities and equipment; and because of Tom’s experience as a live and studio musician, remote recording is possible. If You’re looking for live drums, Guitars, Bass, Pedal-Steel or something more exotic, get in touch! There’s plenty on offer.

Editing and Mixing

Even if you’ve not produced your music at The Keystone, Editing and Mixing Services are available. Getting that final polish on your recordings can be the hardest thing. Especially if you’ve recorded them yourself. Tom and his studio can help with that.

Tom and his associates have been through it all! The Keystone is a comfortable space to come and learn as well as create.
